Will I lose control and do something I don’t want to do?
No. A Hypnotherapist cannot make you do anything you would not normally do. You still have control, even when in Hypnosis, and can come around at any time.

What can I do to increase the success of my therapy?
A commitment to attend the sessions, fully engage and a strong intent to change is needed. Listening to the sleep MP3 each night will help the process.

How many sessions will I need?
The number of session number depends on the nature of the issue and commitment to therapy. As a guide, most people stop smoking after one session, specific phobias around 4 sessions. Anxiety, behaviour change and performance and other more general issues can require between 6-12 sessions. This will be discussed at the Initial Consultation.
