Step 1: Initial Consultation — £85 (60 minutes)

A relaxed, no-pressure chat to explore your goals and understand why you struggle the way you do. I’ll explain how your mind and habits are wired and how hypnotherapy can help shift them.

You’ll also receive a hypnosis track to start feeling calmer and more grounded right away.

This session also helps ensure we’re a good fit, so you feel confident moving forward.

Step 2: Hypnotherapy Sessions — £85 each (60 minutes)

These sessions give you space to slow down and start creating positive changes.

Each session blends coaching, mindset work, and deep relaxation to support positive change.

Includes:

30 minutes of solution focused coaching, Integral Eye Movement Therapy (IEMT), and calming techniques

30 minutes of relaxing hypnotherapy ~ where therapy meets chill

Ongoing Support Blocks - Invest in your calm and save

Most people benefit from 4–8 sessions. We usually start with a block of 4 or 6 sessions, which saves money and helps you build lasting calm and confidence with consistent support.

You can also book individual sessions if you prefer, though block bookings ensure your preferred weekly time and continuity.
