As a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist (SFH), I use practical, modern, and well-researched strategies to help you make positive changes in a relatively short time. We focus on what you want to achieve, rather than dwelling on the problem — while still acknowledging it. SFH combines research and neuroscience with the best of Solution Focused techniques, Brain-Based Therapy, CBT, and NLP.

How the Approach Works

This approach focuses on the present and future, not the past. I’ll help you imagine your preferred future, what would be better if the problem improved? What would have changed? This makes possible solutions clearer and easier to work toward.

Hypnosis for anxiety and stress helps you relax through simple visualisation techniques, allowing you to focus on positive aspects of your life, quiet your mind, and shift perspective – think therapy meets chill.

Working with the Subconscious

Much of our thinking and behaviour happens below conscious awareness — in the subconscious. SFH and IEMT gently tap into this part of the mind, helping to shift patterns and beliefs that may be holding you back. Think of it like a garden: the subconscious is the soil, your thoughts and habits are the seeds. By nurturing the soil and planting new seeds, positive changes naturally grow.

IEMT: A Complementary Technique

I’m also a trained IEMT (Integral Eye Movement Therapy) practitioner. IEMT is a gentle, evidence-based technique that helps shift unhelpful thoughts and emotional patterns quickly.
