The consultation is a valuable opportunity to understand more about the issue, explain how hypnosis works and discuss whether hypnotherapy is the best option for you. The number of subsequent sessions will vary depending upon your commitment and the nature of the issue but will be discussed during the Initial Consultation. However, most people I see for around 6- 8 sessions so we usually start with a block of 4 or 6 and then see if you need any additional sessions from there. Or you can pay for individual sessions if you prefer, but this doesn’t guarantee your preferred time each week.
